Discover the WorldourWorld is an island in the sky created by a group of kids who were tired of the mundane world and wanted to create a world that expressed their creativity and imagination. Flow is the energy, which sustains ourWorld. Playing games and activities generates it. When you earn Flow it can be redeemed for clothing, accessories and Coins on the prize wheel.
What is the Flow Meter?In the lower left hand corner of the screen you'll notice a glowing ring. This is the Flow Meter, which tells you how much Flow you've earned. Once you have Flow, you can click on the meter and spin the prize wheel to win Coins or clothing items and accessories. You can redeem Flow at any time.
What is the Prize Wheel?The prize wheel is where you have the opportunity to earn Coins, which can used to purchase items in the world or win clothing and accessories. Click on the Flow Meter to activate the prize wheel. You can spin the wheel based on the amount of Flow you have earned.
What are Coins?Coins are the ourWorld currency, which can be used to purchase items at the store.
How do I earn Coins?You win Coins off the Prize Wheel. To spin the wheel, you need Flow.
How do I get clothing and accessories for my character?There are two ways to get clothing and accessories. First is to win clothing off the Prize Wheel, the other way is to purchase in the store with Coins. To purchase premium items in the store, you will need to be an ourWorld member.
Where is the store?Threads, which is the ourWorld store, is located on the Boardwalk.
How do I communicate with other players?There are several ways to communicate with your friends-through Chat and Mail. You can also leave comments for your friends on their Comments Page located in their Profile Page.
How does chat work?Chat allows you to talk with your friends in real time. ourWorld offers two different types of chat: Open and Easy. Open Chat is available to players over 13 or those who have parental approval to use. Easy Chat is for players under 13. Easy Chat allows players to use pre-written phrases. This is the safest form of chat and is recommended for players under 13. When you are in the world, you'll notice a chat bubble where you can either select a chat phrase or type in your own depending on whether you are using open or closed chat. Note that when using open chat, your messages are filtered for profanity.
What is messaging?ourWorld also offers in game messaging system similar to email. All mail is filtered for profanity and cannot be used by players under 13 without parental approval.
How do I send a message?You can send a message by clicking on one of your friends. When you click on them, you will be taken to their profile page where you will see a button called "send message." Once you've clicked on it, a text box will appear where you can type in a message.
How do I receive a message?To check your email, click on the envelope located in the lower left corner near the Flow Meter. This will take you to the User Center where you can open your mail.
How do I add a friend?You can add friends two ways. If you know the name of the person you want to add you can go to your profile page, click on the "Friends" icon and type in the person's name to locate. You can then send them a "Friend message." You can also click on another player's character, view their profile and click on "Add Friend." This will pop up a message that will be sent to the person. Once they have accepted your invitation, they will be added to your friends list.
How do I block someone?If you don't want to be a friend with someone, you can simply click on "Block" which will prevent that person from contacting you again.

We use a vendor to provide payment services and they comply with the PCI Data Security Standard. Your payment session is encrypted using SSL. Both Flowplay and the vendor take extra steps to validate the session. We do not store your credit card or banking numbers.
How soon does my membership take effect?Your membership begins as soon as your payment has been received.
Can I transfer my membership to a different character?No. We only allow one character per player right now.
Can I change my method of payment?If you wish to change your method of payment, cancel your existing membership and sign up again using your new method of payment.
Will my membership automatically renew?Monthly memberships renew automatically. For 6-month and year memberships we will email you when it is time to buy a new membership.
How do I cancel my membership?Memberships should be cancelled at least two days before the next billing date. If you cancel at any time before the next membership payment is due you will remain a member for the full time that you have paid for. For example, if you cancel a 6-month membership you would continue to be a member for the full 6-months and then your membership would end.
Can I transfer my membership?No memberships are non-transferable.
What happens to my items when my membership ends?When your membership expires, your items will go into storage. When you renew your items will automatically be retrieved for you to enjoy.
Parent's Zone Welcome to ourWorld!ourWorld is a casual, social gaming site where you child can play online games, win ourWorld money and prizes, create and personalize their character and socialize with their friends. If you are a parent of a child registered on the site, you have the discretion to decide the level of interaction within the world that's right for your child. You can use the Parental Controls Section of your child's account to turn off or limit his or her access to ourWorld.

You can go into your child's ourWorld account at any time and change the settings on chat and

You can also "report" that person to us and we will take the necessary actions.
